About Us
When an insurance or driving problem feels complicated, we aim to make the next step clearer.
Talk through your situation with a person. Coverage and pricing depend on the insurer.
What we do
We help people organize questions about auto insurance options, coverage needs, and paperwork after a driving or insurance setback. We focus on clear explanations and practical next steps.
Who we work with
We speak with drivers dealing with a DUI, a lapse in coverage, an uninsured ticket, a suspension, or a period without a vehicle. We also help people identify what to ask when an out-of-state agency mentions a filing.
How we work
- Plain language: We explain terms without judgment.
- Honesty: We do not promise a price, eligibility, or approval.
- Accuracy: We encourage you to verify requirements with the agency that issued them.
- Respect: We treat difficult circumstances with care.
- Clarity: We help you identify the next useful question.
What we are not
We are not an insurance carrier and cannot make underwriting decisions for an insurer. We cannot change a court order, reinstate a license, or act on behalf of the Rhode Island DMV. Confirm your licensing and registration status with the appropriate agency.
Service area
We are based in the Bristol area and also serve surrounding Rhode Island communities by phone. Rhode Island does not require SR-22 filings; any out-of-state filing instruction should be confirmed with the state that issued it.
Questions and answers
Are you an insurance company?
No. We are not an insurance carrier and cannot make an insurer's underwriting decisions.
Can you reinstate my license?
No. Only the appropriate government agency or court can determine and process reinstatement.
Do you have an office in every city served?
No. Nearby communities are served by phone; we do not claim a physical office in each city.
Need to talk through your options?
Tell us what notice you received, whether you own a vehicle, and where your license or registration stands. We can help you identify questions to ask an insurer or the relevant state agency.
